Rating products are those which do not need review. They are given to buyer just to rate the product and seller feedback. After this, full refund is made to buyer when they have made rating of those products. The images of those are follows; these two images are needed from the buyer for rating products.

Non-review products mean which do not need review. They are just for give away to buyers. Their refund is made when the buyer has received the product. Just think they are sweet dish for buyers.

FOR ALL NEWBIES (INSTAGRAM):

If you want to keep your Instagram account safe, it is really important to be aware of Instagram’s rules, restrictions, limits, and policies such as Like, Comment, Direct message, Follow, Un-follow latest Instagram algorithm, guideline, etc.

Follow/ un-follow:

Following and un-following is count as the same actions. The daily limit is 200 a day. 10 follows and un-follows per hour would keep your account safe and saves your account from being suspended. Also, there is no limit on how many people can follow you.

Likes:

The maximum number is 1000 a day. But it is not the same for all Instagram users. In order to keep your account safe and not locked out, you should be satisfied with less than 700 likes per day.

Comments:

It is about 180 to 200 per day. Don’t post the same comment over and over. Instagram recognizes duplicate comments, and it would punish your account for what you did. And don’t leave emojis without text as a comment, they look like spam.

Caption/comment character:

Instagram users are free to use 2200 characters in captions and comments.

Direct messages:

About 50 to 80 new conversations per day are the safe zone.

Note:

If you are a new Instagram user, your total action limit is 500 a day. This includes Like, Comment, Follow, un-follow. Also, you can send 20 to 50 direct messages a day.

Now by knowing these limits, we are going to know what are the best ways to grow your followers on Instagram.

Hashtag:

Choosing the right hashtag would capture people’s attention, and you’ll get more Likes and Followers. But don’t overuse them. You should use up to 30 hashtags per post.

Story:

The story limitation is for users who share too many stories. You can add up to 100 stories.

Story highlight:

Fortunately, there is no limit for story highlights.

Tag:

If you are interested in tagging people, you should know that the maximum number is 20.

You can mention up to 10 Instagram users per post.

Account name character:

There is also a limitation to the number of characters that an Instagram account can have, which is 30 characters.

Number of bio characters:

The characters in bio cannot be over 150 characters.

Daily post’s limitation:

  6. Post Every Morning (5.00 PM To 6.00 PM) and Every Evening (5.00 AM To 6.00 AM).
  7. Try To Remain Active In Groups As Buyers Likes Most Active Agents Who Replies Fast.
  8. As Soon As Buyer Create A Post Try To Go First To His Post & Comment On His Post. Then He Will For Sure Be Your Buyer.
  9. And the Last But Not The Least, show Patience And Focus More On Your Goal. By Following These Ideas You Can Easily Grab Your Buyer.

We are aware that PayPal does not operate in our country and our PM community is not aware of how actually PayPal things work.

There are different scenarios in which Buyer complains that he has not received any money or money is on hold.

Let's learn and fix it

When you send refund screenshot to buyer and buyer says he has not received any money.

PayPal mobile app and PayPal web page are not fully synchronized so this money on hold option can be seen if buyer logins from Laptop. PayPal will show money on hold option only on Laptop. Ask buyer to accept it and he will received money and your problem is solved.

Buyer has logged in from Laptop and buyer has accepted the money but still cannot see payment in its account or still money is on hold.

This happens to new accounts. It is PayPal policy to investigate new accounts that whether it’s legit user or account. So, PayPal takes 3-10 working days to release that kind of payments when PayPal account is new. No one can help you except PayPal so ask you buyer to ask PayPal about this kind of issue. PayPal always holds first 3-5 payments.

When buyer clicks on hold money then PayPal ask for further question.

As I said earlier it happens to new accounts. When buyer accepts money then he must answer the questions. The answers asked by PayPal are.

Did you buy/sell something or you provided some services?

click on services provided

Are your services been completed?

click YES

When this service was finished? it will open calendar to select date

Ask buyer to select one day before, when he got the payment.

If buyer account was old still money is on hold?

It also happen, as mostly our buyers are in USA, UK, DE, FR, IT but our sellers are from China, so the payments which buyers are getting is mostly from China which is across the border to above mentioned countries. So, PayPal releases the money after buyer has accepted it.

Another question about PayPal was, is PayPal a bank, phone number, e-mail or home address?

PayPal is a virtual bank but it operates as email address.

Stage 0

If the order is pending that means the PM has selected the status "Reserved" (unique order code for system is not generated yet).

Stage 1

If the client order that means the PM has selected the status "Ordered Submittied" and uploads PAYPAL ID and amazon order number ID (also unique order code for system has been generated).

Stage 2

PMM has selected the status "order accepted"

Stage 3

If the client uploads the review that means the PM has selected "Review submitted/waiting for the refund".

Stage 4

PMM has selected "Review Forwarded".

Stage 5

If the client is refunded that means PMM has selected "Refunded/Screenshot needs to be uploaded". Once the PM selects Stage 5, the row disappears from this table and PMM and goes to the new page (Page 4.)

Stage 6

If the order is cancelled that means PM has selected the status "Buyer returned the Product" or "PayPal Issues" or "Review is not live", or "Payment Issues" or "Others" or PMM has selected "Issues/on hold."
Admin and PMM both should receive an alert from their dashboard with other number.

Professional dealing with Buyers (Buyer)

In this section we will learn how to handle the situation professionally and ethically with Buyers or buyers

This scenario will happen after you have posted picture of your product on FACE BOOK and INSTAGRAM.

There are two scenarios when you post a product on your FACE BOOK or INSTAGRAM.

  1. When Buyer LIKES your post or writes in comment INTERESTED.
  2. When you TEXT Buyer by yourself.

Both have different dealings. Let’s start with situation 1.

When Buyer LIKES your post or write in comment INTERESTED: Start of conversation:

NEVER EVER SAY “MAM”, “MADAM” OR “SIR” or “MR” TO anyone. As all of our customers will be GORAS so they like to have straight talk, like start with Hey, Hi, Hello & Good Day also don’t try to use word “Dear” as some time these GORAS mind it to call like dear.

PM:

Hi, hope you are having a beautiful day. How may I help you today? You have shown interest in my product. Would you be interested to review/test this product for free?

OR

PM:

Hello, Hope you are enjoying good health. How may I help you today? You have shown interest in my product. Would you be interested to review/test this product for free?

OR

PM:

Hey, Good day, hope you are doing well. How may I help you today? You have shown interest in my quality product. Would you be interested to review/test this product for free?

THEN wait for answer from Buyer
Buyer

YES/NO

IF, Buyer says YES.

PM:

Thanks for your reply. I am glad for your choice of choosing this hot running product. OR PM: Thanks for your reply. I appreciate your choice of selecting this product.

Buyer:

How can I get it for free? OR what are your terms and condition.

PM:

That’s a good question. Actually I am a marketer and promoting these high quality products. Our company has launched few products so we are giving away some samples or promotions to let our clients test the quality products for free. If you think the quality of our product is poor and does not deserve 5 start rating and good review you are choose to return it to amazon. As you will be buying it from amazon and amazon gives 30 days money back guarantee.

Buyer:

Good to know or nice or awesome or perfect.

PM:

We are looking for positive reviews from our product users which are 5 star rating and excellent review of 3-4 lines.

Buyer

So what I have to do?

PM:

Just I will take little of your time. You have to buy this product from Amazon and send me the screen shot of the purchase. Then give me your PayPal id, you will get your refund with 2-4 working days in your PayPal.

Buyer:

How can I trust you that you are spamming or you are a scammer?

PM:

Now this is what I agree with you. In this internet world people do scam as you never know is on the other side of device. Yes you are right people do scam, but I do not understand why they scam only for few pennies.

But if you see you are always in WIN WIN situation. If I am scamming then You always have the choice to return the product back to amazon and get your full refund. As amazon has 30 days money back guarantee.

Buyer:

Makes sense. Ok I agree with this point

PM:

Thanks for showing trust in me, I will give you the key word to search on Amazon; this is seller name and this store name.

NOTE: You can also send the screen shot of first page of the amazon product. As it becomes easier for Buyer to find the product.
PM:

kindly send me screen shot of the order once you have done that. The screen shot must show the order number and product name and image.

PM:

Also, send me your PayPal id for fully refund of your purchase. Plus also send me alternate way to contact you like some email address. So that is something goes wrong with accounts on social media that we can stay in contact.

Buyer:

If buyer says NO

  1. Either stop: the conversation by saying, ok have a good day. Ask Buyer, if you need anything from my listed products on my profile then do not forget to buzz me. Have a nice day.
  2. OR, Ask Buyer what kind of products you are interested? If she names something then share pictures of those available products. Then try to convince her with good conversation as explained above.

We are marketers so kindly do marketing and convincing NEVER do begging to buy products. It’s only a matter of one order and then even Buyers will text you by herself.

You will also find some time INTEHAI LALCHI BUYER on Facebook and Instagram. They will ask you for upfront/advance. Those are very tricky to handle but if you face this kind of Buyers then talk to your PMM about it.

As, these are those kinds of Buyers which have been scammed already by someone so they are in no position to get scammed again. But there is trick to win them. If you find those kind of Buyers you can always talk to PMM. As these are those potential Buyers which can give you lots of orders if you win their confidence.

Kindly do not write in Pakistani sms language to Buyers. This is common mistake which we do. And this is wrong way to talk to international people. Like we write in Pakistan. Also NEVER say any buyer that I am a PM (Proxy marketer) or LP (Listing promoter). Buyers do not know what is PM or LP. Always introduce yourself as an employee of a company and doing marketing of products.

NEVER USE SHORT CUT WORDS. ALWAYS WRITE FULL SPELLINGS OF WORDS.

I have seen on Insta-gram and face book that people start using their personal profile. I would recommend you not to use your personal profile or name. As there can be any kind of situation in which you are unable to fulfill commitment. So, then buyers take your profile screen shot and mark it scammer with red label and report it. So, kindly never ever use your own picture or name or Pakistani identity like mobile number on Instagram or face book. It brings bad name to the country as our mission is also to uplift and create respect for Pakistan.

When some Buyers have bought some items from you. Then keep on reminding them whenever you get new products or you think that some particular item can be his/her interest. Just send them picture of products and ask them if they are interested. I have also seen trusted Buyers to text you whether you have something new to sell. Again it depends how much professional and fare player you have been.
